You guys could have written a 4xlp just about David liking Veronica and all the fucked up psychology, mind games, doubt, insecurities, et. al. but you cut right to the chase. The story barely begins to unfold and, BAM! theyre so in love and happy with each other.
i felt like i was watching a play put on by a school specialising for dissabilities. those kids get sooooooooo into it, they're freakin writhing aroudn in their chairs!
This is the perfect example of how Fucked Up apparently can't do wrong. I just stumbled upon this and was a bit skeptic at first (music videos are for sellouts!!111 yaddayaddayadda..) but wow. this is just perfect.
all in all there is no other band coming close to Fucked Up this year in terms of entertainment value (be that music or this very blog). David Comes to Life is not only my favorite record of the year so far but also the reason I enjoy music again. And for that I'm incredibly grateful.
Thank you Fucked up and keep on doing what ever you like to do. Cause that's what you do best.
