Hey don't forget next week we're playing the images closing gala event, doing a live score for the film "West of Zanzibar".
Dust to Dust - that's like us, right? Anyhow it should be cool. It's at a movie theater so if it gets boring you will be able to sit and relax and eat popcorn or whatever, but don't use yr cell phone, that's against the rules. NO INTERMISSION (it's only 65 minutes long tho).

Hey, has anyone seen the Flat Earth Society performing their live score to The Oyster Princess? It's really good. Go see it if you get a chance, especially if you like Zorn-esque big band jazz. I was joking about Ebola having scored La Strada (although that would be cool) but the FES score is definitely worth checking out.

Okay, this actually sounds really cool with them all together. But I'm on drugs.
Loved the screening. Especially the "plinks" as the film moved from insects to alligators.
